Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped via tracked and insured shipping. Once the courier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer. We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

• Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier service disruptions.

Customs & Duties

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes required by their country.
  

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet shipped.
